2. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between Lionsnight and participants in relation to dance events and parties, including the purchase of event tickets.

3. Registration & Contract Formation

  • Registration for events is possible via our website or at the venue.

  • The contract is formed when the registration is confirmed by Lionsnight.

  • Entry is only permitted once full payment has been received.
     

4. Prices & Payment

  • The prices displayed at the time of booking apply.

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Online prepayment: PayPal and Card payments (debit/credit)

    • At the door (box office): Cash or PayPal

  • Full payment must be completed before entering the event venue.

  • Tickets at the door are subject to availability; we recommend purchasing online in advance.
     

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Cancellation or refund is not possible, regardless of the reason.
     

6. Participation Requirements

  • Participation is at your own risk.

  • Participants must be physically fit to engage in dance activities.

  • Individuals with health concerns should consult a doctor before participating.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in exclusion from the event without refund.
     

7. Liability

  • Lionsnight assumes no liability for injuries or accidents during events.

  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Liability is only accepted in cases of proven intent or gross negligence.
     

8. Data Protection

The handling of personal data complies with applicable data protection regulations.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

  • The place of jurisdiction is Dachau, provided no other legal jurisdiction is mandatory.

  • If any clause is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
